The App is designed around a core principle: we collect the minimum information necessary to provide the service, and we never require you to create an account.
2. Information We Collect
Device Identifier
When you first open the App, it generates a random, anonymous device identifier (a UUID) stored securely on your device. This identifier is used to associate your preferences, usage limits, and subscription status with your device.
Profile Information
We may collect information you provide, such as: • Gender • Age range • Dating goal • Preferred reply tone ("vibe") This is used solely to personalize AI replies and is never shared with third parties.
Messages & Screenshots
When you paste text or upload a screenshot, content is processed to generate replies. Message content is deleted from our servers within 24 hours. OCR for screenshots happens entirely on-device; images are never uploaded.
Usage & Purchase Info
We track usage data (generations per day, vibe selection) to improve the App. Purchase information is handled by Apple/Google; we only receive anonymous transaction confirmations.
3. How We Use Your Information
• To generate personalized AI reply suggestions. • To enforce daily usage limits and manage Pro subscriptions. • To calculate your Rizz Score and usage statistics. • To improve app performance and develop new features.
4. Data We Do Not Collect
• We do not collect names, emails, or phone numbers. • No account creation or login is required. • We do not access contacts, call history, or other apps. • We do not use third-party advertising SDKs or trackers.
5. Third-Party Services
• Supabase: Backend infrastructure and database hosting. • OpenRouter: AI model routing (Claude, GPT, Gemini). • Apple App Store / Google Play: In-app purchases and subscriptions.
6. Data Retention
• Message content: Deleted within 24 hours. • Profile data: Retained until the app is uninstalled or reset. • Usage logs: Purged every 30 days (Pro) or stored locally (Free). • Purchase records: Retained as required for legal purposes.
7. Data Security
• All traffic is encrypted using TLS 1.3. • Row Level Security (RLS) ensures isolated data access. • API keys are stored in secure server-side vaults. • Local data is stored using iOS Keychain / Android Keystore.
8. Your Choices and Rights
• You can reset preferences or delete history in Settings. • Uninstalling the app effectively stops further data collection. • EEA/UK/California users have specific data rights (GDPR/CCPA).
9. Children's Privacy
Rizzify is intended for users aged 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from individuals under 18. If discovered, such data will be deleted.
